Bill’s Supper Club in midtown Manhattan is re-opened! Established in 1924 as a speakeasy, the 19th-century townhouse restaurant/bar serving modern American fare is once again opening its doors and reclaiming its status as the premier supper club of New York City. For nearly 100 years, Bill’s Gay Nineties has remained a legacy establishment and a quintessential part of the New York restaurant scene. Re-designed with a nod to the late fifties/early sixties aesthetics of timeless social clubs such as 21, The Stork Club, and Delmonico’s, the renamed Bill’s Supper Club is nothing short of a modern classic.
Sat at the bar for some cocktails and appetizers. Loved our food (the fries were epic) and drinks (craft cocktails) will definitely go back for the full menu. Service and vibe was exactly what I love.
Absolutely phenomenal! What was most striking about Bill's was the ambiance - I felt like I was at a fancy brownstone dinner party. The food was great, the drinks were unique, and we really appreciated the staff!
This restaurant exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were looking for something romantic with a good atmosphere and good food and that's exactly what we got. The service was some of the best I've had in the city and every bite was delicious. The best thing we had was the side of bacon which for some reason was unreal delicious. The martinis came chilled and perfectly made to our wants. We will definitely be back again soon.
Beautiful and reimagined prohibition bar/restaurant with a modern vibe, yet rooted in nostalgia. There's so much history here and the stories live on. The Hamburger was exceptional and so was my chicken, and the personalized service impeccable. Manager and owners make you feel special. I've thrown a few events at Bill's Supperclub already and it's more than just the neighborhood restaurant!
